We shot another dirtwest hotlaps episode recently. This time around we gave some big wheels a go on a brand new section of trail.
The 2012 Specialized Stumpjumper FSR 29 uses an M5 aluminum frame and features 130mm of rear wheel travel, a custom Fox Triad II shock with one of the coolest functions I have used on a full suspension bike; AUTOSAG. To use the Autosag function, max out the pressure on the air shock, sit on the saddle, push the button on the triad II, and Voila! it figures out your perfect sag settings). Up front the FSR comes with a Fox Evolution F130 RL air-sprung fork, and a custom SRAM S-1250 10-speed XC Trail double crankset and,X9 rear derailler Avid Elixir 7 SL brakes.
Shot on location at Invergarry Park in Surrey BC
