We were at Fun Fun park on Saturday and finished the run-bike track and surfaced the large track in crushed stone. The next step is to cover the stone in mineral soil and pack. More photos after the jump>>

Port Kells Park rebuild video

This video is a timelapse of the machine rebuild/run-in upgrade at Lucky trails located in Port Kells park in Surrey. Dirtwest was there at the last rebuild too check that out here

The Woodyard

This is time lapse footage of a huge ramp setup in the lower mainland. They’ve been building for 3 years using mostly recycled material. This looks like it would be a blast to ride.

Some of the local crew have put together a digging timelapse and riding video filmed in the freeride areas of Invergarry bike park. It officially opens this Saturday, see you there!

INVERGARRY UNDER CONSTRUCTION

We are pretty pumped that the bike park in Invergarry park is under construction. The contractors have been busy building some really great Whistler-style features on the new freeride trail. They will also be building a pump track and some other really cool features. I'm not going to give too much away, so just enjoy this time-lapse of a some building/packing work being completed.

Remember: While the bike park is under construction, we ask that you give the machine operators room to do their work. Please Stay out of the work area. It won't be long until its complete!

We will still need lots of help after the machines are done. There will still be some packing and finishing of the new trails, jumps and the pump track. We also hope to have some tree planting days closer to fall.

We dropped by the Woods today to do some maintenance on the jumps. The big line got sorted out and is ready for riders. We also the unified the hip jump.

Here is a start-to-finish time lapse of the 604 pump track construction. We built the track in seven days over a period of two months. Thanks to everyone who volunteered their time and effort. Special thanks to Matt at North Shore Bike Shop.

We held a dig-day on Sunday February 6th. The purpose: finish our pump track. It got completed and should be hard packed and ride-able by march. Thanks to everyone who volunteered and check back for the complete start to finish pump track time lapse.....
