We went
cruisin in Port Moody today. We parked at Rocky point and took the shoreline bike trail around the Burrard inlet to Ioco and back. It's a really
nice alternative to the standard sea wall rip.
We rode to the Ioco heritage town site along the shoreline trail. With the numerous grassy fields, Its a nice quiet place to stop along the way for a picnic or rest.
From here you can easily make it to Buntzen or Sasamat Lake(White Pine Beach). We rode back to rocky point on the shoreline trail for some lunch.
